Nature of the Service

This is an independent reference resource. It is not operated by Box Elder County, Sheriff Kevin Potter, the Box Elder County Correctional Facility, Utah Department of Corrections, or any court. It stores no official jail, release, corrections, or court records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a government document.

The service points readers toward government record sources and explanatory material for Box Elder County. Some pages also connect to outside research tools operated on their providers' own systems.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site while violating federal, Utah, or local law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
